WeBookGuides values transparency and accountability. If something goes wrong on your trip, reporting it helps us take action quickly and improve our community.
When to Report
Your guide is a no-show or cancels at the last minute.
You encounter a safety concern during the trip.
The experience is not as described or significantly cut short.
You are overcharged or the guide requests payment outside of the platform.
You witness harassment, discrimination, or other misconduct.
How to Report
- 1.
Open My Trips, select your booking, and choose "Report an Issue".
- 2.
Select the category that best describes the problem (e.g., safety, no-show, payment).
- 3.
Describe what happened, and include any relevant details or screenshots.
- 4.
Attach photos or documents if you have evidence (e.g., messages, receipts).
- 5.
Submit your report; we will send you a confirmation with a case reference.
After You Report
Our team reviews your report and will reach out within 24 hours for additional details if needed.
Depending on the issue, we may provide a refund, rebook you on a similar trip, or offer other compensation.
Guides who violate our standards may receive warnings, be suspended, or be removed from the platform.
For emergencies, call our 24/7 hotline immediately; our support team will assist you and coordinate with local services as necessary.
