WeBookGuides is committed to a secure, convenient payment experience and a fair refund process. Your financial information and transactions are treated with care.

Payment Options

  • Pay securely through Stripe, our payment gateway. We never store your full card details.

  • Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

  • Apple Pay or Google Pay on compatible devices.

Secure Payment

  • Encrypted checkout protects your card and personal information.

  • Our platform is PCI-DSS compliant, ensuring your payment data is handled safely.

  • Pay in full online and WeBookGuides holds your payment securely via Stripe until your trip is completed, then releases it to your guide.

  • Pay the deposit only and that deposit is the WeBookGuides platform fee — you pay the remaining balance directly to your guide (cash or card), and it is never held by WeBookGuides.

Refunds

  • Refunds follow your guide's posted cancellation policy, and you receive a full refund of what you paid WeBookGuides if your guide cancels.

  • Funds are returned to your original payment method. We cannot reroute refunds to different accounts.

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

  • You will receive an email confirming the refund and its amount.
